Publication opportunity:
All accepted papers are published in the Conference Proceedings(the KBO 2009 Conference proceedings have been ISI CPCI indexed, and the 2010 proceedings are currently under evaluation).
Payment details:
The fee is not to be paid until you receive the evaluation results.
